Bempton Cliffs May and July visits 2025

Two great days out at Bempton this year with Sally my wife who did all the driving duties on the day and good friends Debbie Clift and Fred Bayliss and a second visit with Stewart and Christine Wood, Ritchie Arrowsmith, Steve Edkins and HK Simon where my main concentration was just getting Puffin images.. Ideal conditions on both days a breeze which lifted the gannets up on the cliffs, good light but with some cloud cover at times which helped with the whites and high contrast colours to avoid blowing highlights. A big thanks also to Derek Lees for information on the Puffins which got us some lovely frame filing shots. Below is a selection of Gannets, Puffins, Razorbills, feral Rock Doves, Guillemot and a Jackdaw.
